I cut my family's credit card bills on average by 60-70% per month by using coupons, CVS extra bucks and Walgreens register rewards. But then my daughter was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (the third inflammatory illness in three years), and I decided that she and I would follow a special diet to see if it could help her.

It seems to be helping, thankfully, but I can rarely use coupons anymore for the food we buy and our grocery bill has gone way up. I am hoping that her medical bills and medication costs will eventually go way down to offset the increase in grocery spending, but for now I miss the days of getting a cart-full of groceries at 90% off using coupons!

On the plus side, I don't feel the pressure to keep on top of all the coupons and deals, which required I keep a step ahead and very well organized!

Hi Mippy! Thanks for your comment. There are actually several programs that allow you to store your passwords so you don't have to remember them. Visit RoboForm and KeePass. I just learned about another that I'll pass on, but I've not used it personally. It's called LastPass. Check them out!

It's great to have a new friend. Stop by The Organizing Genie anytime!

WOW! I did not know these options were out there or how to go about being 'less papered' than I am.
Paper is a definite enemy of mine, but at the same time I like holding a document, having a physical copy.
Do you have suggestions on how to transition slowly to no paper or how to get over the need to hold a document?
And to be safe while going paperless. I have a horrible memory so only have one account I pay for online because I need to remember all these passwords etc all over the place and my memory just isn't up to that challenge.

So glad that you participated in Blog Mania or I might not have found you! I hope to learn from your blog how to be a more organized and tech savvy person. :)

Thank you for your time!
